    I’m curious about something: your article said “remove phytic acid,” then listed legumes, grains, nuts and seeds as foods rich in phytic acid. We all know this list of foods to be very healthy for us, but am I understanding you to suggest removing them from our diet? It seems contradictory.

      No they are suggesting soaking them in water to remove the acid
